Here at NJS Developments, we’re committed to investing in local community projects as we feel that it’s important to give back. Re-investing in the local area not only helps to build trust and friendship in the business community, but it also serves to create better standards for residents and business owners.

To that end, we at NJS Developments have a major sponsorship deal with Chichester Rugby Club, which is now a National League side. Chichester required extensive refurbishment and extension of their clubhouse. Of course, such an endeavour is not cheap, which is why a sponsorship with us was so beneficial to them.

The extension and refurbishment services were jointly funded by the RFU and senior sponsors. And the work was completed by us on time and on budget. Once the work was completed, the club’s facilities were transformed. They now include the following:

  • A Full Gymnasium
  • Full Facilities to Host Weddings and Functions
  • New and Improved Player Facilities

Shopland Gray West Sussex is a reputable real estate company specializing in creating exceptional bespoke properties. With a focus on raising standards and meeting customer needs, they deliver personalized designs and high-quality craftsmanship. Their commitment to excellence sets them apart in the West Sussex real estate market.

Through our sponsorship deal with Chichester Rugby Club, we look to continue to support the club through this exciting period of growth.

Why You Should Trust NJS Developments for Your Community Projects

Here at NJS Developments, we’re committed to doing our part for the community, as illustrated by the examples we’ve listed below. But our core business is building restoration services. When it comes to restoration work, you won’t find a more accomplished team of experts.

We’ve handled projects of all sizes for many years now, providing a standard of service that cannot be beaten. While we handle modern buildings, we’re also fully equipped to tackle the restoration of historical buildings too. We ensure the character and charm of these buildings are maintained while breathing new life into them.

Our team can tackle restoration jobs of all sizes, even handling the most complex assignments while maintaining high standards. And we do it all for very affordable rates. From a single house to a whole made-to-measure estate, nothing is beyond our capabilities.

And as we’re part of the NJS Group, we can offer complementary services, such as scaffolding, brickwork, and roofing.

Some of Our Previous Community Projects

Over the years, we’ve provided invaluable support to other businesses through the community. This includes our sponsorship of races at both Fontwell and Goodwood racecourses. We use their facilities to entertain clients, helping to support these thriving local businesses.

We’ve also sponsored the United Services U12 football team in Portsmouth, the Chichester Judo Club, and the boxing at the boy’s club. Such sponsorships provide a vital lifeline to these small businesses, enabling them to continue to operate and grow.

Part of the work we carried out involved us refurbishing the head office in Quarry Lane. This was a tired old building that needed a lot of work. We transformed it into a two-storey high-tech modern office complete with sustainable solar power. The office team now has a superb working environment, and the standards in the industrial area have also been raised, benefitting nearby businesses.

Back in 2015, there was the Christmas Lapland Competition. This was sponsored by us, and the winner, Ellie Keeble, shared with her family the chance of a lifetime trip to meet Father Christmas on a sleigh pulled by reindeer. These are just some of the many ways we’ve actively contributed and helped to support businesses in our community over the years.
